Launched on January 12, 2023, The Fam Foundation Inc. is a local nonprofit in Lexington, KY created by Alex Hernandez aimed to offer a safe space for up and coming dancers to push themselves in various genres with a professional mindset.

Free classes will be hosted every week for those wanting to train to better their skills or even just to have fun!

Hernandez notes how hip hop gave him a reason to get out of bed when he went through a difficult time. Knowing the impact dance had on his life, he was determined to inspire others in hopes that it will help them navigate their life too.
